Yes, we offer online therapy sessions for patients who are unable to attend in-person sessions or prefer the convenience of remote therapy.
Therapy can be helpful for anyone who is struggling with mental health issues or seeking personal growth and self-improvement. If you’re unsure whether therapy is right for you, we encourage you to schedule a consultation with one of our therapists to discuss your concerns.

We accept Kaiser, TriWest and Tricare. We are a VA provider and accept all PPO insurance for all providers. We can provide superbills for those who need them. 

The length of therapy varies depending on the patient’s needs and goals. Some patients may only require a few sessions, while others may benefit from ongoing therapy for several months or longer.
In your first therapy session, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss your concerns and goals with your therapist. They’ll ask you questions about your background, current situation, and what you hope to achieve through therapy.
You don’t need to do anything special to prepare for your therapy session. Just come as you are, and be ready to talk openly and honestly with your therapist.
